Large Events
On Site Event Manager
A venue staff is always on site to help make sure your event runs smoothly and available throughout your planning process leading up to your event.
10 Hour Space Rental
Two hours of set up, 7 hours of event time, and 1 hour of clean up. You may choose your hours between 7am - Midnight. Additional time is $100 an hour outside the allotted 10 hours.
Design/ Planning Consultation
Design and Planning services must be scheduled 3-6 months prior to your event.
Event Consultation and Customized Layouts
An event manager will be available every step of the way! We'll meet with you for consultations prior to your event to make your event truly yours.
Tables and Chair Options
Several options are available at the Cotillion Room and Garden including: cocktail table; head table; 72" rounds; 4ft, 6ft, and 8ft rectangles; food and bar tables; DJ table.
Table Cloths and Chair Covers
All available in black, white, or ivory.
